CNC Mill Operator-3rd Shift

Location : Cleveland, OH

Pay Rate : $21.00 – $23.00 / hour

Hours : 10 : 30 PM – 7 : 00 AM

Duration : 3 months (contract)

Job Summary :

We’re looking for a reliable CNC Machine Operator to set up and operate computer numerical control machines in a safety-conscious and quality-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating parts per work order and drawing specifications, ensuring high standards of precision and productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

Load parts into CNC machines, cycle machines, and monitor operations.

Detect and correct malfunctions such as worn or damaged tools.

Use hand tools to deburr, de-gate, polish, and package finished parts per router instructions.

Complete and stamp off operations before moving parts to the next stage.

Maintain communication with team members regarding production runs.

Keep a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Qualifications :

Mechanical aptitude required; experience with molding processes (compression molding, injection molding, or plastic extrusion) is a plus.

Strong commitment to safety and attendance.

Willingness to work overtime when needed.
