Strategic Sourcing Lead

A company is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Lead, Capital & Facilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and lead the Capital & Facilities Strategic Sourcing team to achieve business goals through supplier sourcing

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend solutions for value capture and strategic outcomes

Act as a trusted advisor to Engineering, ensuring alignment with financial targets and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications :

Doctorate degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 7 years, or a Bachelor's degree and 9 years, or an Associate's degree and 12 years, or a high school diploma / GED and 14 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations

Minimum of 3 years of experience directly managing people or leadership experience

In-depth knowledge of Strategic Sourcing best practices in Capital Construction, Equipment, and Facility categories

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GLP, GMP, ISO, OSHA)

Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance
