A company is looking for a Call Center Specialist who is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service to internal staff and external patients
Manage calls effectively, including scheduling appointments and transmitting messages to the clinical team
Maintain confidentiality while demonstrating proficient data entry skills and knowledge of insurance billing
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Associate's Degree is required
Experience in a call center or busy phone system
Electronic appointment scheduling experience
Remote workers must have access to reliable, high-speed Internet and live in the United States
