Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in Medical-Surgical (MS) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing to contribute in a long-term acute care setting. This contract role offers the chance to work in a specialized environment focused on extended patient recovery and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide expert nursing care for patients in an ICU / Medical-Surgical long-term care environment
  • Manage plex patient needs with a focus on individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outes
  • Monitor patient conditions closely, employing critical thinking and advanced clinical skills
  • Utilize Meditech EMR system for accurate patient documentation and munication

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Minimum of 2 years of current experience in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
  • Valid Kentucky RN license or a pact nursing license
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
  • fortable maintaining a 1 : 4 patient ratio
  • Proficiency with Meditech EMR software
  • Must reside within 100 miles of the facility location
