Job descriptionSupport preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP Handle cost accounting processes, including tracking and analyzing production costs, variances, and inventory valuation Manage general ledger activities, including month-end and year-end closings Oversee account reconciliations and journal entries to ensure accuracy and timeliness Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and management teams to optimize financial performance Identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounting function Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
