Legal Assistant

Description

Robert Half is partnering with a law firm based in the Greater Seattle Area to identify an Estate Planning Legal Assistant who is ready to jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This position is contract with potential for extension / conversion into a permanent role.

Location : Seattle, WA

Pay Rate : $30-35 per hour

Duration : 6+ months, potential for extension

Schedule : M-F, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and submit court filings, ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal requirements.
• Manage e-filing processes for various legal documents with precision.
• Maintain and update attorneys' calendars, scheduling meetings, hearings, and deadlines.
• Assist with estate planning tasks, including document preparation and organization.

Requirements

The salary range for this position is $30-35 / hr. Benefits available to contract / temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
