Enrollment Representative

A company is looking for an Enrollment Representative to assist prospective students with their education goals.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and respond to inquiries from potential students regarding enrollment and degree completion

Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth application and enrollment process for students

Monitor student progress and participation during the enrollment process and first class

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Experience in a student-facing role within higher education

Prior telemarketing or customer service experience with a sales component

Contact or call center experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
