2026 Engineering – Propulsion Systems Summer Internship - Urgently Hiring!

INTERNSHIP FORMAT

This internship will follow a hybrid / in-person model. Interns will be based at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, and are expected to work on-site 3 to 5 days per week, depending on business needs. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates who meet specific eligibility criteria. The internship program is scheduled to run from May through August 2026.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS : Propulsion Systems

What we do : Design, develop, calibrate & validate Propulsion Systems globally including traditional engines, transmissions, battery electric, alternative fuels, hybrids, thermal, HVAC, intake & exhaust systems, vehicle & propulsion controls and software.

This internship offers a hands-on experience in the design, development, and validation of advanced propulsion technologies, including internal combustion engines, hybrid systems, and electrified powertrains.

As a PDT Summer intern in Propulsion Systems, you will support one of the following areas :
