Crystal Lake Healthcare & Rehabilitation is looking to hire a FULL TIME Physical Therapist to join our amazing team at out Bayville NJ location.

Job Position : Physical Therapy for an  In-house Skilled Nursing Facility

Job Type : Full Time or PRN

Job Purpose :

To assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing Physical Therapy services in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as may be direction by Administrator, to assure the highest degree of quality resident care is always maintained.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of physical ailments to improve their mobility and overall quality of life.

Duties

Education & Requirements :

Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Must have an active Physical Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of practice.

Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification

Assume responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification.

Candidates should be reliable, well organized, and have a passion to care for our residents. Candidates should also possess a valid NJ Physical Therapy license and prior long term care experience a plus.
