As the Deli Lead at Froehlich's, you'll be at the forefront of elevating customer service to an art form, from extending warm greetings to providing expert recommendations. Upholding our exacting standards for freshness and sanitation, each creation you craft will be a masterpiece. With an unwavering passion for our products, you'll educate customers and captivate their taste buds with every interaction. Your culinary expertise will shine as you meticulously select ingredients and package orders with care. Leading the Deli crew with finesse, you'll inspire and guide them to excellence, ensuring every team member operates at their best. With a keen eye for detail, you'll manage inventory and minimize waste without compromising on freshness. From mastering the intricacies of our POS system to navigating a range of Deli equipment, including the panini grill, toaster oven, microwave, cutting tools, and scale, you'll handle it all with precision and expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD SANDWICH ARTIST / DELI TEAM LEAD

• Ability to lift 25 pounds frequently and up to 60 pounds occasionally
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math
• A knack for problem-solving and following guidelines
• A team player mentality that enhances collaboration and camaraderie
• High school education or equivalent is preferred
• ServSafe certification is a plus
