EM Drafter/DDC Applications

Responsibilities:

• Create control system drawings, wiring diagrams, and submittal documentation using AutoCAD
• Interpret mechanical schedules, plans, and specifications to develop accurate controls documentation
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure coordinated and compliant designs
• Support submittal, redline, and as-built drawing development throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain drafting quality in line with company standards

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• 2+ years of drafting experience, preferably in HVAC, DDC, or MEP environments
• Familiarity with mechanical systems and building automation/control systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Anticipated Rate $25.00 / hour + DOE
