Position Overview :

Tap Healthcare is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team in Roxboro, North Carolina. In this leadership role, you will oversee nursing operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive excellence in patient care. Required Qualifications :

Active North Carolina or Compact State RN License.

Bachelors degree in Nursing.

Two to three years of professional nursing experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role.

Ability to work in a high-stress environment and make appropriate, timely decisions.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association upon hire.

Work Schedule : Full-time
