Annual salary : $510,000 year 1, plus a WRVU productivity model

Annual salary : $550,000 years 2-4

Signing bonus : $50,000

Qualifications :

Holds Board Certification with the American Board of Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification in Medical Oncology and Hematology, or actively in process
