In this influential position, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's procurement strategy and driving value across diverse service lines, including property restoration, construction, roofing, and logistical support. Additionally, you will work with the executive leadership team to execute strategic plans by optimizing vendor relationships, enhancing procurement processes, and developing innovative solutions to support the company's mission and vision.

What You'll Do

You will oversee the procurement process, manage vendor relationships, and identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities. Your role will involve strategic planning, data analysis, and contract negotiation to ensure the highest quality and most cost-effective procurement practices.

Your primary duties and responsibilities will include :

• Create and maintain a capabilities matrix for all vendors / subcontractors.
• Track centralized data points (contact information, payment terms, etc.).
• Develop key results reporting processes (service offering utilization, history, regional capabilities, capacity, quality, compliance).
• Develop a universal ranking system to evaluate vendors based on quality, price, and speed of delivery.
• Identify approved and non-approved vendors with explanations (contract and insurance issues, performance issues, etc.).
