About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and highly reliable Executive Assistant to support our CEO at our headquarters in Santa Clara, CA. This is a critical, high-visibility role within our fast-paced tech company, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being a trusted partner to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and communications handling.
- Serve as the CEOs primary point of contact both internally and externally with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by anticipating needs, managing shifting priorities, and proactively addressing logistical challenges.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects, confidential matters, and business-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience reporting directly to a CEO in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Highly dependable with a flexible schedule; able to accommodate occasional extended hours or urgent requests.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a sharp attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.Professional, pleasant, and positive demeanorsomeone who brings energy, warmth, and a can-do attitude to the team.Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week in our Santa Clara office.
