At Residex, we’ve reimagined senior care management from the ground up. We’re seeking a talented Sales Engineer to provide technical expertise and deliver compelling product demonstrations for our comprehensive EHR, eMAR, & Staff Scheduling software platform that serves the senior care industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Demonstrations : Design and deliver engaging virtual and in-person product demonstrations that showcase software capabilities aligned to prospect workflows, pain points, and regulatory requirements.
• Solution Evangelist : Champion in communicating not only what our solutions do, but why it matters and how we help our customers and prospects solve business challenges.
• Demo Environment Management : Build, maintain and customize demo environments with senior care scenarios, data sets and use cases that resonate with our prospects.
• Technical Discovery : Partner with sales on discovery, identify technical requirements, integration needs and organizational workflows to align the demo appropriately.
• Sales Enablement : Develop and maintain demo scripts, partner with Marketing team on technical assets, FAQ documents, and competitive positioning materials that empower the sales team to effectively communicate product value and business impact.
• Technical Consultation : Serve as the technical expert during sales cycles, addressing complex questions about system architecture, security, integrations, APIs etc.
