Job description

Highlights of the Opportunity

  • Total starting comp package (new Grads) $630K - $640K
  • 1 : 8 weekend call schedule
  • Protected post-call day off
  • $200K loan repayment or $100K starting / retention bonuses
  • Bread and butter Anesthesiology practice with Ortho, Urology, OB, and healthy pediatric cases
  • No neuro, cardiac, or vascular cases
  • Strong collaborative relationships with Departments of Surgery and Nursing

  • Comfortable call with low callback rate
  • Protected post-call days off
  • 3-day weekend following post-weekend call

    • Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

  • Total Initial Compensation Package (new Grads) $630K - 640K

    • $500K - $510k base compensation

  • $100K starting and retention bonuses
  • $15K annual bonuses
  • $15K paid relocation
  • $200k student loan repayment option
  • 8 weeks of paid time off
  • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, prescription, disability, and malpractice insurance
  • Reimbursement for primary licensure fees, DEA fees, and renewals
  • $10,000 bonus if you refer a physician that we hire on a full-time basis; $20,000 referral bonus if you refer an Anesthesiologist
