Job Title : SAP S / 4HANA Functional Analyst (SD / MM / PMR) – Retail & Distribution

Location : Matawan, NJ (Hybrid)

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst with strong expertise in SD, MM, and PMR within the SAP S / 4HANA landscape. This role involves solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of the SAP ERP system. The ideal candidate will bring deep retail / wholesale distribution knowledge, hands-on SAP experience, and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external teams to deliver high-quality business process solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment within SAP S / 4HANA.
• Translate complex business requirements into SAP system configurations and functional specifications.
• Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Work across SD / MM / PMR modules, with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash and cross-functional integration.
• Configure and support key retail processes : Article Master, Assortments, Pricing, Promotions, Deals, Vendor Funds, and more.
• Support data integrations between SAP and third-party systems (POS, couponing, reporting tools, etc.).
• Assist with training, documentation, and end-user support.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

5+ years of hands-on SAP configuration experience (SD / MM / PMR).

Retail experience required; grocery / consumer products experience a plus.

Strong understanding of EDI, IDocs, and SAP integration with external systems.

Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, including S / 4HANA.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible with work schedules and deadlines.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum annual base salary for this position is $120,000 to $125,000 with benefits.
