Job description
A company is looking for an Associate Director IT, Tech Business Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor a team of Technical Business Analysts, fostering professional development
Define and execute product strategy while aligning initiatives with business goals and market opportunities
Monitor progress and performance indicators, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5-8 years of experience in product management or business analysis within a regulated industry
Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing high-performing teams
Proven ability to define and execute product strategy
Familiarity with agile product development methodologies
