Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Machine Operators to join our team. You will be responsible for operating digital controlled machinery, managing production processes, and ensuring high-quality output in line with customer specifications. This role is crucial to our expansion efforts, and we are hiring for both 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will train on 1st shift for 4-6 weeks!

Responsibilities

• Operate digital controlled machinery and auxiliary equipment to produce quality products.
• Load raw material, feed wire through machines, and remove finished products.
• Perform machinery changeovers and quality welds using appropriate equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on production and support equipment.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Understand product quality, delivery, and scrap measurements.
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies, wearing assigned PPE.
• Keep work areas clean and organized for subsequent shifts.
• Participate in training, meetings, and committees as required.
• Operate forklifts and maintain a valid forklift license.
• Troubleshoot problems and adjust equipment for optimal operation.

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $49920.00 / yr.
