We're growing our conversational commerce product team and need a product manager with strong technical fluency, the ability to influence without authority, and the drive to help scale AI-powered ordering across channels like drive-thru, mobile, kiosk, web, and POS. This is a high-visibility role with significant ownership. You'll work in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly, and execution quality matters. The ideal candidate brings hustle, resilience, humility, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves in partnership with both internal teams and external vendor partners.

Responsibilities

• Product Delivery & Roadmap Execution : Drive delivery of features within your product area, ensuring quality, speed, and alignment with broader priorities.
• Technical Collaboration : Partner with engineering to define requirements, unblock development, and address integration needs. Comfort with platform capabilities and system trade-offs is important.
• Cross-Functional Influence : Align stakeholders across product, ops, design, and marketsusing strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Scaling & Adoption : Support pilots and rollouts, with attention to operational readiness, training, and feedback loops.
• Optimization & Insights : Use data, user feedback, and pilot learnings to improve performance and prioritize enhancements.
• Operational Awareness : Understand crew workflows and practical realities so solutions work in the fieldnot just on paper.
