Manager, Financial and Regulatory Reporting
Location : Malvern, PA (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)

This is your chance to join a team that’s shaping the future of registered fund reporting. As we expand into registered products, we’re looking for a seasoned professional to take on a pivotal leadership role—driving excellence, innovation, and growth in financial and regulatory reporting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, monitor, and review reporting staff’s daily and periodic assignments.
- Review and / or prepare supporting information for SEC filings (e.g., 10-K / Q, N-CEN, N-CSR, N-PORT, 24F-2, N-2, N1-A).
- Build strong relationships through interactions with internal teams, clients, and audit firms.
- Train staff on regulations and updated rules; set goals, conduct evaluations, and lead team meetings.
- Manage career development for Financial Statement and Regulatory Reporting Accountants.
- Write and review reports related to engagements; prepare ad hoc client reports.
- Troubleshoot fund accounting and client issues.
- Attend meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge and share with the team.
- Support reporting and fund accounting duties during peak periods.
- Research and communicate recent authoritative pronouncements to offices and clients.
- Manage engagement budgets and identify opportunities for new clients or value-added services.
Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in Registered / 40 Act fund accounting or reporting.Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role managing registered investment fund accountants and / or auditors.Expertise in managing a 40 Act product fund financial and regulatory reporting group.Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.Previous experience in financial statement or regulatory review / preparation.Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and IFRS; advanced knowledge of complex derivatives.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA, CFA, CA preferred.Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).Ability to travel as needed.Excellent communication and writing skills.Why Apply?
