Advance Quality Manager

What you will do

We’re hiring an Advanced Quality Manager to lead Advanced Quality Planning across our U.S. Automotive Business Unit. Reporting to the Director of Quality , this role is plant-based with up to 35% travel. You’ll drive PPAP standardization, ASPICE implementation, and cross-functional quality leadership to ensure flawless product launches.

The Quality team collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to deliver safe and reliable EV components. Reporting to the Director of Quality, the group ensures compliance with industry standards, mitigates risks, and maintains customer satisfaction. This role is critical to shaping how advanced quality planning supports the future of electric vehicles.

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Chemical, or related Engineering field.
• 3+ years of automotive quality experience.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 26262, APQP, and AIAG / VDA Core Tools.
• Ability to travel up to 35% and work in office / plant / lab environments.
