Senior Sales Representative
We're looking for a Senior Sales Representative with proven experience managing outbound and inbound calls to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a track record of exceeding call-based sales targets, nurturing prospects, and converting leads into long-term customers. Adaptability is key, as this role requires handling multiple brand portfolios and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Base salary + performance-based commissions in US dollars Location : 100% Remote Language Requirements : Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)

Responsibilities :
Outbound & Inbound SalesMake high volumes of outbound calls to generate interest and qualify leads.Handle inbound calls from prospects, providing information and guiding them through the sales funnel.Prospect Engagement & ConversionConduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and product / service presentations.Build trust, manage objections effectively, and close sales opportunities.CRM & Pipeline ManagementTrack and manage sales activities using CRM tools (Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).Report regularly on call activity, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.Collaboration & AdaptabilityWork with marketing and leadership to refine call scripts and outreach strategies.Adapt quickly to new campaigns, different brand sales processes, and shifting priorities.Qualifications :
35+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or call-based sales roles.Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding quotas and sales targets.Excellent communication and active listening skills.Strong ability to handle objections in high-volume call environments.Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.Adaptability to manage multiple brands and product lines.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in B2B and B2C sales or selling professional / creative services.Background in digital industries.Multilingual proficiency (English + Spanish / Portuguese / etc.).
