Corner View Farm is seeking an Assistant Dairy Farm Manager with a strong focus on facility upkeep, equipment maintenance, and crop production. If you enjoy working outdoors, managing hands-on projects, and contributing to a farm that embraces tradition and technology, this may be the role for you.

• Manage day-to-day maintenance of farm buildings, mechanical systems, and dairy infrastructure
• Oversee and maintain a fleet of tractors, harvesters, and other cropping and feeding equipment
• Coordinate seasonal crop operations, including field prep, planting, and harvesting, on 600+ acres of double-cropped farmland
• Execute and support farm-wide preventive maintenance plans and equipment repairs
• Work with a collaborative team to ensure feed crops are grown efficiently and equipment runs smoothly year-round
