The Senior Analytics Consultant works with cross-functional teams to develop consumer and brand insights providing the data-advised basis to drive enriched customer experiences, increased revenue, and overall brand loyalty.

What you'll do :

Client Engagement and Delivery

• Develop data-advised business insights using a variety of techniques including requirements gathering, use case definition, data profiling, data analysis, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, data visualization, and data storytelling.
• Lead configuration of analytics and dashboard platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Adobe Analytics.
• Develop solutions using modern data analysis, modeling, enrichment, and visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence and CRM Analytics.
• Define logical data models and develop the required supporting data architecture (e.g., reporting aggregates, data layer).
• Document and analyze client requirements, providing design and solution options and recommendations.
• Manage client expectations by identifying and communicating risks and tradeoffs in partnership with the project manager and other cross-functional team members.

The pay range for this full-time position is $125,000 to $150,000 per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on the posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position across all US locations as of the date of this posting. Within the range, actual offered compensation is dependent upon the individual’s work location and additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training, internal equity among the team, and applicable employment laws. Please note the compensation details in the US role posting reflects base salary only and doesn’t include discretionary performance bonus or other incentives (if applicable).
