The Job Center is growing in Flower Mound, TX (just minutes from Coppell), and we’re hiring full-time teammates across multiple shifts. If you’re curious, reliable, and ready to learn, you can succeed here—no experience needed. Convert to a permanent role and you’ll be eligible for pay increases.

Imagine your first week

You badge in, grab your RF handheld, and start receiving a new batch of devices. You’ll clean and swap components, test phones and modems until they pass, then pick orders and pack modems / routers to ship out—keeping customers connected.

Compensation and hours

• Hourly rate : $13.00–$14.00, plus weekly bonus incentives
• Schedule : Monday–Friday
• Shifts : 6 : 00 AM–2 : 30 PM (1st), 3 : 00 PM–11 : 30 PM (2nd), and 3rd shift availability
• Overtime offered, never mandatory
