Responsibilities

Maintains and monitors the Contract Compliance Log; assists with phone call follow up to close open items

• Assists with Insurance and Contract Notice of Awards
• Assists with vendor management
• Enters contracts into electronic document management system
• Assists with posting documents to online bid management system
• Assists with bidder outreach and coordinates with project team to create recommended bidders list
