Your primary responsibilities will include creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), utilizing effective teaching strategies tailored to each child's unique learning style, and fostering a nurturing classroom environment.

- Design, develop, and implement IEPs for students
- Provide specialized instruction in foundational skills to students with varying abilities
- Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate student progress
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to enhance the learning experience
- Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and strategies for support
Requirements
