About the position :

The Operations Trainer / Facilitator is to ensure that all in-house installers and third-party installers are trained through an Omni Fiber training program to be able to perform each task required to complete a proper installation and ensure complete customer satisfaction. The Operations Trainer / Facilitator is also responsible for ensuring that technicians follow the installation process by having a Quality Control process where work performed is tracked and feedback is provided. This role is also responsible for ensuring that all technicians are following all safety protocols and guidelines.
