Job descriptionLead customer audits and advise on upkeep and improvement opportunities Develop and execute product strategy to grow sales and market share Track regional market share and support sales and service needs at customer sites Present tailored solutions to support the North American sales team Collaborate with R&D and the global product manager on product line needs Minimum of three years of experience in paper machine operations Mechanical experience related to paper manufacturing or field mechanical service Strong background in sales applications and customer relation management Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple complex tasks Effective communication skills and knowledge of the North American papermaking market Experience in developing solutions for industrial customers Familiarity with paper machine applications Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a dynamic environment Established relationships with regional sales / service teams and customers
