As a Senior Manager of Consulting, you will serve as a Platform Leader, driving the strategy and execution of our consulting services within a specific industry, domain, or service line. In this role, you will lead business development efforts, deliver top-tier consulting solutions, and drive capability development to ensure our clients achieve transformative business results. You will work in a remote setting and report to the Consulting Capability Leader.

Your Responsibilities :

• Business Development : Lead and drive business development initiatives to expand our client base and grow revenue within the designated platform area. Identify and pursue new market opportunities, develop client relationships, and create tailored proposals that showcase our value proposition. Collaborate with internal teams to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless execution of business development plans.
• Consulting Services Delivery : Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality consulting engagements that meet and exceed client expectations. Provide strategic guidance to clients, leveraging industry or domain expertise to help them achieve their business goals. Mentor and lead project teams, fostering collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Capability Development : Drive the development and enhancement of consulting capabilities within your platform area, ensuring our team stays ahead of industry trends and maintains a competitive edge. Develop and deliver training programs, best practices, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to build the skills and expertise of our consultants. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new tools, methodologies, and technologies that enhance our consulting offerings.

Travel Requirements : This role may require significant travel, depending on client needs and project demands. Travel can vary but may be up to 80%. Flexibility to a dynamic schedule is essential for this position.
