HACCP Technician

Job Summary :

Ensure compliance in the areas of Food safety, regulatory and company policies. Manage HACCP / Food Safety programs, associated documents, reports, and databases.  Enforces food safety and audits. USDA liaison and stays updated on all USDA regulations. Facilitates Food Safety Training for new / current food safety system monitors and verifiers.   10am-7pm
