Schedule : Sunday Night – Thursday Night : 10 : 30 PM – 7 : 30 AM

• Rotating weekend coverage

Position Overview :

The Foreman – Final Operations provides direct leadership a unionized, industrial manufacturing environment. Acting under the direction of the Final Operations Superintendent, this role supervises employees across both Final Inspection and Heat Treatment operations. Responsibilities include employee development, safety enforcement, and ensuring that all processes meet quality requirements. The foreman serves as a communication link between Final Inspection, Production, Quality Control, Shipping, and other departments, ensuring smooth workflow and accountability.
