Regional Dental Director

We are currently looking for a  FULL TIME   Regional Dental Director  to lead an amazing team of providers in our Philadelphia area practices.

The Regional Dental Director is the clinical leader of the dental practices in the Philadelphia region and will provide direction, mentorship and support to the other clinical providers in these supported offices.

In addition to this responsibility, the Regional Dental Director will also provide dental services to the patients in the practice.

The Regional Dental Director will foster a work environment that enables the provision of quality dental care, patient service excellence, employee satisfaction and practice financial health through their leadership and management PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

• MINIMUM of 5 years of Clinical Experience, post-residency
• DDS or DMD from an accredited university, active PA license in good standing, and active / in process DEA license
• Ethical, patient-centric provider
• Respected Leader with proven track record leading teams to successful outcomes
• Innate ability to provide mentorship to Associate dentists BENEFITS OF THE SMILIST :
