What You Bring :
Bachelor's degree in geology, environmental science, or a related field1+ year of experience (internships, fieldwork, or early career welcome!)Pennsylvania Act 2 experience requiredExcellent communication, organization, and time management skillsTech savvy—especially with MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)A self-starter mindset with a love for the outdoors and hands-on workBonus : Experience with GIS, air quality, biological assessments, or hydrogeologyWhat You’ll Do :
Collect field samples (soil, water, air, etc.) with precision and careDocument field conditions—from groundwater and rock layers to stream beds and biological habitatsOperate and maintain sampling equipment and field instrumentsCreate site sketches, maps, and detailed field notesClean, enter, and analyze large datasets from field activitiesCollaborate with a cross-functional team of scientists and project managersThink critically, solve problems, and stay cool under pressure—rain or shineWhether you're mapping rock formations, tracking contaminants, or gathering biodiversity data, you'll help protect our planet—and grow your career doing it.
