About the Role

We’re looking for a founding designer to own the experience of our sourcing platform : on the web, in the user’s pocket, and everywhere we show up. The future of interaction is conversational and multi-channel, and you’ll be the one defining what that feels like. From reimagining interfaces to setting the visual language of our brand, you’ll dictate how Cavela is seen and felt.

We're looking for someone obsessive in quality, impeccable in taste, clear in vision, and eager to build.

Responsibilities

• Interface Design : Design rich, responsive, and innovative interfaces that reimagine what web apps should feel like in an AI world.
• Cross Functional Collaboration : Work side-by-side with engineering, product, leadership, and users to translate ambitious ideas and business challenges into practical, elegant product experiences.
• Creative Direction : Own the look and feel of the brand, bringing a sharp, obsessive eye and impeccable taste to everything from interface design to our broader visual presence.
