Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees
Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements and conduct initial candidate evaluations
Optimize recruitment processes and document HR procedures aligned with company policies
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 1-2 years in a similar HR or recruitment role
Experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
Background in performance coaching
Proficiency in English
Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
