Firm Administrator
Growing Premier Public Law Firm Seeking Seeking Firm Administrator in San Francisco (Hybrid)
A growing public law firm with over 10 years in practice is seeking a Firm Administrator in San Francisco to oversee daily operations, human resources, and staff management within a dynamic, mission-driven legal environment. Reporting directly to firm leadership, this individual will play a key role in supporting the continued growth and success of the firm through effective coordination, process improvement, and people management.
Offer :
Salary range : $125,000-$145,000 depending on experience

Qualifications :
4+ years of management experience within a law firm or professional services environment
Strong understanding of human resources, benefits administration, and office operations
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or commensurate experience)
Experience with Clio, Westlaw, and / or iManage preferred
Proven ability to build trust, lead with empathy, and maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities :
Manage human resources functions including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee relations
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and open enrollment processes
Coordinate team assignments, workflow, training, and performance expectations for legal and support staff
Supervise office operations including IT, records management, and vendor relationships
Plan and coordinate firmwide events such as attorney retreats, team-building activities, and holiday gatherings
Monitor office space utilization, maintenance, and security coordination with building management
Handle insurance renewals and maintain compliance with firm and state requirements
Collaborate with firm leadership to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency
