Full-Time Registered Medication Aide (RMA) Memory Care Unit

Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay is currently hiring passionate, dedicated and professional Full-Time Registered Medication Aides (RMAs) for our elite Seaglass Memory Care Unit

Join our team working a full-time shift that fits your lifestyle :

Day Shift - 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM, or

• Night Shift - 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM

12-hour shifts : 3 days one week, 4 weeks the other week, every other weekend rotation.

Under the direction of licensed personnel our Full-Time Registered Medication Aides (RMAs) provide the highest quality of resident care to seniors. You will empower residents to function as independently as possible in a supportive and caring environment. You may serve as a team leader at times.

What do I need for this role?

Earning Potential : Earn as much as $23.00 / hour (based on experience) plus a night shift differential if working 7pm - 7am.
