Base pay range

$17.00 / hr - $24.00 / hr

What you'll do

Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs; guide and support members regarding self-service technology; assist with purchasing decisions; locate merchandise; resolve issues and concerns; and promote the company's products and services.
Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps; following forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials safely; following company standards; and correcting and reporting unsafe situations to management.
Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning areas; stocking, arranging and organizing merchandise; setting up displays; cleaning and organizing product displays; removing damaged goods; pricing and signing merchandise; identifying shrink and damages; and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
Monitor product quality by ensuring rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards are followed; and ensure prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
Comply with company policies and ethics by implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in business processes and practices.
Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; setting priorities and deadlines; communicating progress; and adapting to change and feedback.
Ensure club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders throughout the day according to policy and procedures.

Additional compensation

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and, in certain circumstances, premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
