We are looking for a skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role will focus on creating and managing impactful digital campaigns to support key marketing objectives. Based in San Diego, California, you will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive engagement through various online platforms on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and agencies to optimize campaign performance and ensure alignment with marketing goals.
- Work closely with product and marketing managers to synchronize digital strategies with product launches and promotional calendars.
- Analyze audience data to create targeted campaigns tailored to specific customer segments and platforms.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all digital initiatives are well-documented, scalable, and structured for future use.
- Manage external vendors and agencies to achieve high performance and conversion rates.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach to ensure all marketing efforts effectively address user needs.
- At least 3 years of experience within the biotech or life sciences sector.
- Proficiency in managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Demandbase.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and email marketing platforms; experience with Marketo is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
