Monday : 10 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Tuesday – Thursday : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM

About the Role

The Plumbing and Drain Company is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Dispatcher to support our busy service team. You’ll be the link between our customers and technicians — ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, communication is seamless, and service excellence is maintained at every step.

What You’ll Do

Dispatch plumbing and drain technicians efficiently to job sites

Communicate clearly and professionally between customers, office, and field teams

Manage daily schedules and handle incoming calls with urgency and care

Update and maintain accurate dispatch and customer records

Ensure timely follow-up on open jobs and customer requests

What We Need

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and customer service skills

Knowledge of the Seattle area and surrounding communities

Positive, adaptable attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Experience

Experience in construction, plumbing, or home services

Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software
