Piedmont Regional Dental Clinic (PRDC) in Orange, VA is recruiting to hire for the position of Director. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and administration of our nonprofit clinic. Key responsibilities include operations and financial management, fundraising, community engagement, staff management, compliance and quality assurance.

PRDC is busy, modern, safety-net dental practice serving nearly 5000 people each year; most of whom are low-income and many who are uninsured. This new position reflects the growth and success of the clinic over the past few years. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing access to high quality oral health care for underserved populations. We are looking to hire an experienced leader who has demonstrated success in working with a diverse team and aligning resources to achieve organizational goals. This position will work closely with the Clinic Manager and will report to the Executive Director who is primarily off-site.

Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 5 years of related management experience. Full time position with competitive salary and benefits.
