My client, a respected and growing homebuilder in Southern California, is looking for a game-changing Vice President of Operations to join their leadership team and help take them to the next level. This is a high-impact role focused on reimagining operations, optimizing schedules, and enabling smarter, more sustainable growth. They need a leader from the volume / production homebuilding world who understands the pace and pressures and is ready for a different challenge.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and optimize scheduling, planning, and workflow across all operations
• Drive efficiencies that elevate quality, timelines, and profitability
• Collaborate closely with the President and leadership team to execute the company’s vision
• Play a critical role in shaping the company’s future; this hire is part of the long-term succession conversation for the President’s role in the next 3–5 years
