The Governance Analyst II brings subject matter expertise to the Firm’s governance program, partnering with legal support, operations, and technology teams to ensure compliance with Firm policies and client outside counsel guidelines.This position is a core member of the Governance team and is responsible for driving governance processes and technology (e.g., conflicts checks, new matter intake, ethical walls, records management, outside counsel guidelines, and audit letters) .The Governance Analyst II is part of the Governance department and has significant interactions with partners, clients, and other departments within the Firm.
