Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our creative and fast-paced Marketing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a robust portfolio showcasing diverse design expertise across multiple mediums, including illustrations, motion graphics, and video editing.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, experience with Premiere Pro, and a strong background in crafting premium-quality designs. Experience in the entertainment industry is a requirement.
This role pays an annual salary of $54,000-$64,000.

About the Venue
Central Bank Center is an event destination located in downtown Lexington and includes the iconic Rupp Arena, a large convention center, the historic Lexington Opera House, and the CommonSpirit Health Stage at Gatton Park.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality designs for various mediums, including digital, print, motion graphics, and video.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative assets that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Create visually compelling illustrations, layouts, and animations for marketing campaigns, sales decks, brand development, and other marketing initiatives.
- Develop motion graphics and video content to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Creative Vision Strong, unique conceptual and visual storytelling skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Participate in brainstorming and strategy meetings for all events.
- Work with vendors and other organizations to complete projects and goals.
- Provide on-site support as needed for events.
- Assist with creating the annual budget
- Attend industry conferences and training courses approved by Director
- Assist with the planning and execution of the Facility's anniversary celebrations
- Oversee the creation and design of the Annual Report
- Oversee the Annual Marketing Plans for each venue
- Oversee and provide guidance to a part-time employee.
- Other duties as assigned
