We are a successful heavy civil GC looking to add an estimator to work under a chief, in a team of 6. We win, and we win a lot! We bid work using HCSS Heavybid ranging from $50m - $300M on average that involves a lot of public work that encompass entire scope packages with steel, concrete, foundations, electrical.
