Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
• Provide engineering-based consultations and system solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Assemble and present technical submittals, proposals, and pricing structures.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and field teams to develop turnkey pumping system packages.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to drive strategic growth.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation through project handoff and beyond.
• Support project profitability goals through effective quoting and margin control.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in sales and engineering of pumps, motors, and control systems.

Experience with clients in sectors like water treatment, HVAC, energy, or municipal systems.
