Direct deposit Streamlined communication through team email Assist home buyers and sellers in the process of negotiation, providing advice on market prices, mortgages, legal requirements, etc Carry out comparative market analysis to estimate the worth of properties Advertise real estate to potential customers Utilize efficient follow-up services to keep in contact with leads and clients Prepare and submit appropriate contracts and paperwork Update Showcase Realty’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program with listings Remain up to date on real estate trends in the region Furnish clients with up-to-date info on local markets and real estate trends in Charlotte, NC Must hold a valid NC and / or SC Real Estate license Proficiency in Spanish or another language is an advantage Driven to excel in the Real Estate industry Customer-focused attitude Ready to learn new technologies Show a sense of responsibility Proactive in seeking out growth opportunities Skilled in dealing with offer packages Capable of scheduling time and setting goals Working with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors Establish connections with lawyers, banks, and contractors Promote sales through multiple channels such as print ads, open houses, and listing services (complimentary) Knowledgeable about regional Real Estate markets and current practices Qualified to act as a Buyer’s Agent and Seller’s Agent Possess the ability to develop systems and procedures to deliver outstanding service that will bring in positive reviews and expand a network of referrals Direct coaching from a top REO & investor broker (8,000+ units sold) Systems, tools, and leads provided Potential to earn hundreds of thousands in commissions REO and foreclosure inventory are growing again — timing is right Be among the top 27% who actually close deals
